Hey everyone,

So I sent my dox to USCIS just a few days ago but forgot to include pictures of us just to show we were together; however, I have included airline tickets and boarding passes, a letter from the hotel we spent time together for 25 days, and finally letters from her family and mine supporting our claim that our relationship is genuine and we have met in person.  Would this be a problem at this stage?  Should I take any action at this time?

Pictures are not required evidence

Picture is stronger evidence then a boarding pass you can make a boarding pass but a picture you can't   you may get a request for additional  evidence especially if from Iran. Worst case they send you a request for additional evidence will just delay your visa for a bit but send it asap . And you should be good

I totally disagree.  A picture could have been taken 3 or 4 years ago.  That would be outside the (2 year) K-1 "meeting" envelope.

I agree with @Crazy Cat.  You can easily Photoshop a picture but once you have a ticket and the boarding pass associated with it I think you are set.

Of course I will submit some pictures as evidence late on for NVC and Interview, but fingers cross hopefully they are not going to delay our case for picture at this early stage.

Thanks for the Feedback BTW!

Photo have photo stamp and no matter how good of Photoshop you do you can still spot a fake and plus that is fraud and disqualifies you from a visa boarding pass you can buy and not even go  no proof you went

I appreciate any feedback.  I will absolutely not fake anything when it comes to legal stuff; that's just playing with fire.  I was merely saying it is possible.  We have so many pictures, but I just forgot to print and send it.  I just hope they don't give us a hard time for not sending them since they can easily be added to documents we sent to NVC and Embassy.  I have testimonies, hotel letter with both names on it, etc and hoping that would be sufficient for now.

If I paste a photo into a word document (for example), there is no date stamp as to when the picture was originally taken.  Photos can be included along with boarding passes, passport stamps, etc., for proper evidence that a couple has met, but a photo, alone, is not evidence of meeting within 2 years before filing.  A photo might be proof of a couple meeting, but it is not proof of when they were together.

You are right but it's good to add a time stamp and obviously photo matches with a boarding pass then it's strong evidence you flew there and you where actually there   and yes i hope it goes well that's why fiance will take her packet to embassy have you tried calling USCIS and seeing if you can add the pictures to your packet ?

No.   Pictures in general do not show evidence of having met within the required two year period, which is why they are secondary evidence.

Passport stamps are primary evidence.

Again, a time stamp for today  can be added to a photo taken 3 years ago.  The question is "When"...not where.   As @SalishSea stated, photos are secondary.   Thus, a photo is not stronger evidence than a boarding pass.   I'm out.

I did not include passport stamps in my package, but I do have tickets with receipts, a letter from the hotel we stayed with both our names, and all the boarding passes in one page together.  Should I call them or just wait and see if they ask for anything? Maybe they ask for those for NVC?? @Crazy Cat @SalishSea

Perfect!  That is solid evidence.  Not all countries even issue passport stamps.....even the US is no longer stamping visitor passports.
