If that was considered an indication of a bona fide marriage then everyone would be doing that. Especially when it comes to difficult consulates.

Exactly.  In the world of immigration, it is not a measure of someone's love or commitment to another person.  Just like having kids is not.

Having kids together actually is strong evidence for immigration, perhaps the strongest.

We've been legally married in Morocco since June 30, 2022.  I am making my 3rd trip back and sort this out with our banks.  

 

If financial commingling helps with the case, and banks forbid it and only allows POA, then ... I am lost here. 

 

Any help with this would be appreciated.

you can not do joint accounts in Moroc (we tried)

commingling in Moroc is not the issue

u have to live in Moroc 18 months and apply for residency to be able to do joint in Moroc

 

but we are talking about US accounts

your IRS tax returns needs to say Married with his name as spouse even if not doing MFJ  /MFS asks also for spouse's name

 

concentrate on your trips with boarding passes to show u were with him

of course,  the marriage certificate

adding him to an account her in US like a charge card or utility bill 

 

name change on SS card and your driving license is not real proof that u share a life and not normal for a woman in Moroc to change her name

Not really.  And for this reason, we all know that pregnancy is not a reason for expedite.

 

All the couples who cannot or choose not to reproduce together do not have less legit marriages for immigration purposes.

Keep in mind that USCIS understands that consular processing limits certain types of evidence, such as join accounts. You can submit proof of time spent together, such as photos, hotel and airline confirmations, money transfers (if applicable), being the beneficiary in life insurance or retirement plans, phone record, you do not need every single type of proof, just do your best and do not over think it. Reason for expedite vs evidence of a bona fide relationship are 2 different things.  If they were tied, then all those whose expedites were denied would also have had their visas/adjustments denied.

if the age difference is woman older than the Moroccan man by 10 or more years its a serious issue
