You're correct. My wrong choice of words.   Even we have been together since 2019.  That's 4 years.  I tried to make 4th visit during December 2021, but omicron covid closed borders. 

Would establishing residency in Morocco help improve chances?

If that means spending time there yes

Only 3 visits in 4 years is a problem, especially with a large age gap and a Moroccan consulate

If you mean going there and living there, then yes

Timeline

Also, I went back to TAX place and amended husband's name to my tax return.  That was approved and fixed.  I'll upload the tax return that has his name on it. 

 

Also, he added me to his "insurance" at his work for if anything happens to him.   That helps!  I hope!
