Time to GC after filing DS-260

I applied for a GC for my parents and they got their I-130. I submitted the DS-260 (and the other one) and they got an RFE that we got resolved. Parents are in India.

 

Questions:
1. What is the expected wait time for next step (fingerprinting/health checks)?

2. What would be the ETA to get the green card?

Your parents will become green card holders the moment they enter the US with their IR5 visas.  If you mean wait time for the plastic GC, delivery could take 90 days or so after US entry.
