Hi everyone, we just go a Request for Initial evidence and I'm not sure what we have to send back to them.

I'm applying for my mother and I'm her sponsor. I make 65k a year and submitted all the documentation. How 65k is not enough for me to sponsor her?

I really need help. Should I send another I-864 but this time add my husband as a joint sponsor? What documents I should send? I really lost here because it is no clear for me what is this letter asking to send back to them.

Most unlikely 65k would not be enough, they do seem to issue these at random but also possible you made an error in completing the form

you, yourself,  make the 65K?

or is it married filing joint with your spouse and they need his I864

if he is on tax returns,  they need a separate I 864 with his signature and SS #  (should have had his name and SS# on MFS also even if u didn't claim him)

Me, my self make 65k. Total household  is over 140k. I chose to use only my self as solo sponsor.

Should I send another I-864 for me and one I-864 of my husband as a joint sponsor? Like fill out a new for in my name? and try to add more documents showing our assets?

Also, now she has A-number and online account number. Should I add the numbers in the new forms I will have to fill out?

when it asks for A number,  u write it

if you filed MFJ,or MFS.  then both need to fill out the I 864 and send W2's and all supporting documents
