I don’t understand the Philippines 4th civil degree of marriage. I don’t know where I am to my moms half first cousin. 
 

My fiancé and I would like to get married but we don’t know what civil degree we are to each other.

 

my grandma and his dad are half siblings. They both share the same mother and my mom and him ate half first cousins.

 

does anyone know if our marriage would be okay in the Philippines?

It’s okay in my state even marry first cousins in okay in my state.

The OPs grandmother and their fiancé’s dad are half-siblings sharing a common parent.  This means the OP’s great grandmother and their fiancé’s grandmother is the same person making them first cousins once removed.  I know, confusing.
