1.)I would like to know, am I still eligible in signing my affidavit?

2.)or do i need a co-signer?

3.) Does my cosigner needs to be someone who lives with me?

please guys, help me...

4.) can i file my affidavit right now the same time i send my fiancee application?because as of today up to june, im still working...:)

I'm gonna go ahead and assume you mean the affadavit of support your fiance will need at their interview for the K1 visa.

1) Of course you can still sign it, but...

2) If you aren't making enough money you WILL need that cosigner. I don't know what country you are filing through but I'm pretty sure that for every consulate both the petitioner (you) and their cosponsor will fill out the I-134. The cosponsors is the one that really matters though because they are the one with the money!

3) No. The requirments for a cosponsor are that they are a US citizen and I think this also includes that they are living in the USA. They can be 7 states away, just as long as they are a US citizen. I also recommend that they be someone you hold a good relationship and mutual trust with!

4) No. The I-134 is used at the interview stage of the process. Have you read over the guides?
