My wife had her interview today and was given nothing no forms or anything. All they told her was they had to read her information more has any one had this happen i am confused they would do this.

Call DOS at 202 663 1225 ( press 1, press 0 ). Ask what your case status is and give them your case number and beneficiary's name/ birth date.

You are probably in AP/AR ( Administrative processing / Review ) and they are looking

closer at something you have submitted.

AP/AR can be background checks, security checks, home investigation, document verifiaction.

There is no timeframe, it can last from a few days to many months. Call DOS twice a month and contact the embassy twice a month for

update on status.

Sounds right to me. A key issue would be whether they kept the passport or not. Did they?

Yeah to keep her passport it's very good, dont worry everything will be all right

I also forgot to add they had her and my stepson sign all the forms. (DS230, DS 156, DS 156K)
