I am searching what civil documents my mom has to bring to her interview appointment. When I search on travel.state.gov, I don't see the IR5 classification. All I see is an "I" classification. Is that it?

TIA

Thank you so much!

Another question, it says she has to bring an English translation of her birth certificate. Can I translate it myself or does it have to be by a certified translator?
