Hmmm.... In the USA people can't be topless at the beach but nobody cares when a woman nurses in public without being covered up... That is what I have noticed. I don't care about both issues, I would never do either. I never saw a woman nursing in Germany who would not be covered up, even when my relatives had babies they would excuse themselves and go into the baby's room or cover up with a nursing blanket.... for me personally I wouldn't want people to stare at me during this very private moment...
