My only input is to be careful when you fill out the section pertaining to whether or not your spouse will interview abroad or adjust status. It is critical to pick the correct option - which is consulate abroad. We see too many times when either they were both left blank or both were filled in. It will lead to a major delay.

Interview abroad means going to a USCIS building in a foreign country right? What does adjust status mean?

All this feels so stressful I’ve always been a good citizen and never got issues with the government. I feel like if I make a mistake, it can create a wave of nightmare.

No. They closed their offices, they mostly operate on US soil. Your spouse would be going to a US consulate. Adjusting status is for example when someone comes on a student visa, meets someone who is a US citizen, gets married here and adjusts status in the US without leaving the country. That is not applicable to your situation.

Have a look at this thread where a person came across that issue when filling it out online and it cost them a major delay + fee

Thanks again. After reading the post. I want to file online. Do you think if I follow physical paperwork, that will prevent mistakes that might happen?

After reading I-130 PDF, it doesn’t seem too bad. I’ve always been a good citizen with clean record and followed the law. I feel like some times people make accidental mistakes that could make them look really bad in the eyes of Government.
