My Aunt started an I-130 for my parents but I just got citizenship

You can also submit an I-130 for each of them.  They can have multiple I-130s pending.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No.  and you must submit and pay for a separate I-130 for each of them.

Your Aunt's petition is an F-4 visa category which allows derivatives.  Your petitions will be IR-5 category..  Immediate relative petitions do not allow derivatives.

It is different only for India, Mexico, or the Phillipines.  No matter what country, the wait for an IR-4 (sibling visa) is a very long time -- approaching 18-20 years for all other countries -- and even longer for those three.  The timeline, of course,  starts from when your aunt filed the petition.  You didn't say when that was.  Unless she filed it a long time ago, your parents would be in the US a lot faster if you petition for them. 

 

One question -- do you have younger siblings who are still dependent on your parents?  They would not be able to come with your parents if they come on IR-5 visas.
