I-131 advance parole section help

Timeline

Hello, I need some help with the I-131 form. Does Part 7 need to be filled out? I watched a video regarding this and they said that it's not needed. But I still want to make sure. My wife is filling out this form along with her I-485 and I-765. She checked the box 1.d. in Part 2. And the reason for her submitting this form is incase of a family emergency and she needs to go back to her country in order to take care of her family.

If you are filing the AP within the US and expect the AP to be delivered in the US, then you can leave 2 thru 4 blank.
