Im so happy to passed it. Its very easy when I had the time to study. And I got an interview tomorrow..I applied as a teacher...im not ready with this after studying my drivers handbook. And now, one day, studying possible questions for tomorrow...im goin crazyyyy!!! I dont know...il just practice driving tonight. :lol: thanks for reading! just happy to have my driving permit.

Got my SSN

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

And now i got a job...dont know what to do..i dont have my drivers license yet...too fast...i need to practice more driving around and im gonna work in August 13...but im so happy to have fulltime job now!!!! everybody wish me luck...i gotta need to study the road...need to familiarize..this is very challenging... :wacko:

I found having a driving licence made a big difference in feeling more independent and settled here!

16th December 2005 - Sent I-130, AOS, EAD & AP USPS overnight to Chicago Lockbox

18th December 2005 - Received at Chicago 9.18pm.

23rd December 2005 - NOAs for I-130, AOS, EAD, AP!! Didn't expect them that quickly

13th January 2006 - RFE for Medical and additional I-864 info

17th January 2006 - INFOPASS Apt about RFE.

23rd January 2006 - Appointment notice for Biometrics on 10th Feb.

10th February 2006 - Biometrics Appointment

21st February 2006 - Medical. Cost $250 including all blood tests, Td Shot, TB test and Titers for MMR and Varicella.

27th February 2006 - Appointment with immigration lawyer re. RFE for I-864.

1st March 2006 - Final results Medical. Papers in hand to send.

10th March 2006 - RFE responses to Lees Summit

13th March 2006 - RFE responses signed for at Lees Summit

24th March 2006 - Emergency AP approved in Omaha

28th March 2006- Collected AP

31st March 2006 - EAD Approval online

Thanks to all!

i declined the first job offer...and then i accepted another school, more pay rate..hehehe but the school will start in Aug 27 so i can still get my driving class..i really need this...it takes 2 weeks..coz it goes 2X a week...then take my road test..then work in aug. 27th....im not scared now....coz every afternoon im practicing + my upcoming driving class...

got new news...one public school called...for an interview...then will accept this coz who knows..theyl accept me...so whenever i pass i will accept this..and decline the second one...this would be great!!!!
