USCIS Electronic Filing.

So given that the USCIS now processes cases electronically and some of us still filing applications non-electronically. Would the USCIS still send the physical file to NVC onwards to the embassies like we know they do sometime past?

It does. Because you want to know whether the initial evidence you submitted to USCIS will be on the desk of the CO on your day of interview.

How often does that not happen?

 

Why would NVC schedule the interview if the consulate did not have the case file?

 

Don’t you think electronic systems can fail the say of the interview?

 

What would you do differently if it was electronic versus paper?

it doesnt matter because there's nothing the applicant can do even IF they know. 

electronic can failed to, there were times i heard stories that the CO can't even access the computer ( system down)

paper can get lost to, happened to a friend. 

USCIS wont reveal it to us

Everything is electronic. 
even if you send them a physical package… USCIS will scan in your documents and when you finally go to interview the CO will be looking at their computer when they review your packet and application. 
The only physical documents will be the documents you bring to interview… 

I personally would file electronically. This way I know USCIS has all the documents they require and everything has been scanned in…
