Denied expedite request

I sent an expedite request for my husband and child yesterday that was denied within 7 hours . They are in Khartoum Sudan and under fire . 

There is carnage in the streets .

Death tole rising. 

They said:

Based on a review of your request, your case does not meet one or more of the expedite criteria or otherwise merits expedited processing.

What do I do now ? Any ideas . Any help is welcomed . I am so worried about my family.

Sorry to hear that. US Immigration is not known for compassion. My advice is to relocate them to a safer country nearby to secure their safety.

Whole Country expedites are unusual. Last I remember was the Philippines some years back due to weather events.

As @powerpuff has rightfully said, your first priority should be to put them to safety in another country. I am so sorry you are going through this. 

Expedites are not easily granted, and when they are, it is usually because the USC is in a dire life-threatening emergency, not the beneficiary.

 

That being said, if I were you, I would keep trying to expedite. There is nothing to lose.
