I-864W is for people seeking to immigrate who can be credited with 40 social security credits. Generally she would have worked at least 10 years in the U.S. to have  achieved 40 credits. There are other ways.

Does she have a social security number?

Ok, my mom,  has never been in USA, I as a citizen applied to bring her as a US resident, the whole process at the uscis was approved,  so now the next steps are fill a few forms for scheduling a visa interview appointment in her country of birth, so she can come to US and basically exchange his visa for the residency once my mom set foot in here. But as I said the I-864W firm is very confusing. Any help will be welcome
