Anyone with latest info for aos in Norfolk va?

My wife and I are scheduled for the green card interview next month at 11am. I have already checked reviews of the adjustment of status interview at the uscis Norfolk va but the latest review I could find was back in 2021. I'm hoping to hear from anyone who has gone through the aos interview in Norfolk va in the past few months or weeks if possible. I am also wondering if I should have copies of the Noa notices from my i129f application. They are not listed as necessary things to bring and I am wondering if copies would be good enough or if I should even bring them at all.
