He has a regular source of income, a good Family Lawyer should be able to get you both support and his fees paid by the Husband.

Wouldn`t be so sure for support for her as their marriage is too short.

Not short enough because she's pregnant... so I'm guessing an atty can definately help her.

I live in Illinois. And yes, I have lived with him for more than 90 days. I have been here for 5 months. I do have neighbors but don' know any of them well enough to borrow money. I am going to call several organizations as soon as I get back to my house.

Yeah, I am going to call a lawyer as well. Since my husband is also in the army, I will be calling his unit commander and the chaplain.

Thanks.

oh hell no! he's in the army? he must support you - that is what baq is for. not only contact the chaplain's office and his commanding officer, include the inspector general (ig) and even consider filing a congressional inquiry. also contact army emergency relief, they can help you.

best wishes.

You poor thing.....So sorry about this. He deserves a nice hot seat in hell. I'd do as was suggested earlier. Wait until he leaves for vacation, then sell anything you can from the house. If you're married and didnt sign any prenuptual agreement, I think you have every right to the property that he has. I think. So, then you would have plenty of money for plane tickets back to germany where you will be welcomed by those who DO love you. F*&^k this dirtbag and what he's done to you. By the way, don't you have family back home who would help you out of this? Maybe even send you money for a ticket?

i'd not advocate that she sell anything from the house. the mermaid can expand on why. as far as her having the right to the property he has, that does not mean she instantly owns it.
