Hi guys.

My Mother moved to USA a month ago but still waiting for her Green Card and as per USCIS normal wait time is 90 days. Is there any way I can expedite or reach them to check the status of her card? Thanks,

What is the basis for expedite request? E.g. why is her GC should be prioritized over others waiting in the same situation?

Her endorsed immigrant visa is valid for a year and allows leaving and coming back to the US meanwhile.

You need to have paid the ELLIS fee
