For this reason, it’s good to have a younger sibling or younger parent have separate petitions for you.

 

And be prepared to file for humanitarian reinstatement should this happen so you can reuse your priority date.

 

Maybe look for Nigerian posters.  See what cases they are processing.

 

Get your US relatives to contact their senator.   This is almost 3 years.

With all the information given on my category F31 , PD 2007 and Dq sept 2020. Could you predict when I’m likely to be called for interview.Anxiously waiting.  Embassy is Lagos.Nigeria
