Hello everyone,

My case has been identified as a potential interview waiver application (informed by USCIS) and is currently pending at the San Bernardino Field Office and has been assigned to an officer for adjudication

I had not submitted I-693 Medical records with my application in start (my mistake :( ) assuming that I can take with me for the interview . As per the adjudication process I will be getting a RFE. I have my medical records (sealed) ready, but since no interview will held,, so should I wait for RFE or send out I-693 to San Bernardino Field Office? (655 W Rialto Ave San Bernardino CA 90249). So if I send I-693, would they be lost somewhere and delay the process or I wait for RFE?

Also my EAD expiring in September 2023.

Thanks

They'll send you an RFE and where to mail the I-693

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
