Sending the I-751 this Saturday. I've been looking, but can't find out if there is a specific "order" to arrange all of our paperwork. I remember some of the other forms in the past had specific order.

I'm thinking the check or the exact amount on top...then the completed I-751....then any attachments for any questions on the form.....copy of green card next?.....and then all the other documentation .......anyone know if things have to be in a specific order?

We stapled our check to the I-751 application...new fees or not I think the government should be able to afford a staple remover of some kind. For the rest of the paperwork we 2 hole punched it at the top and used the ACCO fastener just like our previous applications.

Regarding the fee increase, we are also right at the 90 day window, and will be mailing our package this Saturday morning and expect the post office to postmark our package 7/28/07, thus beating the rate increase. We are sending 2-day priority mail since as long as the postmark is prior to the 30th then the old fees should still apply.

Below is what we included in our package with the cover page on top and the application behind it...good luck to all!

Dave and Marina

-Payment in the amount of $205, plus an additional $70 for the biometrics fee (one check for both)

-Completed/signed form I-751

-Copy of Conditional Permanent Resident card for Marina (front and back)

-Copy of our I-129F fiancée visa approval notice

-Copy of I-485 Welcome/Approval notice for Marina

-Copy of our marriage certificate

-Copy of US Citizen birth certificate/identification cards

-Copies of joint IRS tax transcripts for tax years 2004, 2005; partial return for 2006

-Copies of joint checking/savings/account statements

-Copies of group health insurance summaries showing family coverage

-Copies of our home and auto insurance summaries

-Copies of ComEd utility bills (electric)

-Copies of our mortgage loan showing joint ownership in our home

-Copies of our car loan papers showing joint ownership

-Copy of our joint installment loan with our credit union

-Copies of our airline receipts/itinerary for our family trip to Moldova in August 2006

-Original signed letters from 2 US Citizen friends attesting to our relationship/marriage

Thanks to all for the guidance and support and speedy processing to all!
