Surname Given Name reverses

I just received my NVC number., while adding my children i put reversed name., like  where the surname should ve been i put it  there given name., and the reviewd is ended., what to do any suggestion ?!

If you just received your NVC case number, I am not sure how it could be DQ'd. 

 

1. What type of visa is this?  CR1, F1, F3, F4? 

 

2. Are you referring to the DS-260 for you, and you entered the wrong names for your children?

 

3.  If this is CR1/IR1, are there separate I-130s for your children (CR2/IR2)?

case curently at nvc

yes it is saying d260

my sibling applied for the immgration., entered me and my partner name.,

then i got nvc number ., i added chldren., wherei put reverse name 😕

but the names went in review for a week or so then showing accompany

this is what i am talking., where Surname should write i wrote the givn name and where given name shoud written i write surname
