Ok, just called to price to have the vaccination report transfered to the supplement. However I was told that my wife will now need, a skin test shot and hepatits B as well. Is this the truth? Or an attempt to try to milk more $ from me?

This seems to be a new requirement recently.

If you are pressed for time you may leave out the vaccination supplement from the AOS package, USCIS may either send you an RFE for it causing a short delay while you send it to them, or they may not and just request it for the AOS interview.

I am pressed for time. However I really do not want to receive a denial from leaving it out. I'm already going to leave out the certified copy of the marriage certificate, since we will not receive it for another 10 days or so. However I will include a copy of the marriage certificate, although it's not a 'certified copy'

Anyone else familiar with this vaccination stuff? $60 bucks for 1 shot plus the other shot, and to transfer to the supplement. ufff

You wont get a rejection for leaving out the supplement.

You do not need certified copies of anything, the photo copy of marriage cert is A-OK.

USCIS no longer routinely requires submission of original documents or "certified copies." Instead, ordinary legible photocopies of such documents (including naturalization certificates and alien registration cards) will be acceptable for initial filing and approval of petitions and applications.

Yes, should be fine. You can always bring the certified one to the AOS interview to show if they ask to look at it.

I agree. I had to explain over and over to the Civil Surgeon here I didn't need a full Medical- just the Vaccination supplement. They finally did it- it cost me $120. When I got home I faxed them the page that said only the Vaccination supplement is needed and told them they should be more informed about immigration policies.

I agree, the reception person is less familiar with K-visas than the doctor, on the phone I got the run-around, only by visiting the doctors office with I-485 in hand to show them where it says K-1 visa does not need full medical did the doctor reduce it to $35.
