No job at the time of filing 129-F package, will it be an automatic deny?

Hi,

I left the country right after I dropped off our I-129F package at the postal office.  I went back to visit my fiancé for the 2nd time and stayed 4 months there and just got back home a week ago. I was working as a temporary worker before I left and I was going to get hire on as a permanent worker but I told my supervisor that they can hire me when I come back. I had to basically quit because I didn't have any vacation hours and would have to reapply when I get back. I did just that a few days ago. Hopefully I'll get hire on. Also, today I applied at a different company just incase I don't get to go back to the same company.

In the future when an uscis officer review/look at my application and notice that I stopped working/no longer have work at the time of filing our 129-F application, will they just deny my application right away or will they send me a RFE to see if I have found a job and is currently working? Or that doesn't affect their initial decision making and whether or not I have a job only matters at the time of my fiancé's interview? I'm pretty confident I will have a secured job by then since it seems like it will be a while until I hear anything from uscis.

Anyone knows?

All comment is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Won't be an immediate denial.  USCIS does not really judge the financial stability of the petitioner, that will come later at the consulate stage when you need to provide the I134.

Good Luck!

Since you are still in the early stages of K1, my best suggestion now is to have a stable job, therefore when the interview day comes around you have proof that you are currently employed and can support your fiancé.

Prior to our K1 interview - I prepared Tax Transcript Records (For at least 5 years), Pay Stubs (4 Recent), Letter from Employer (how long I have been with the company and my income), Checking and Savings Account statements.

Please also check the Poverty Guidelines for Affidavit of Support (You must meet or earn more than the amount for X Household Size)

Hope all goes well! ❤
