Does anybody know if there is any delay in NVC acknowledging receipt of payments?  I paid both (AOS and IV) this past Monday, but CEAC still shows "IN PROGRESS"....and both have gone through my bank already.  Any help would be appreciated.

My status changed to "PAID" after 24 hrs of "Posted" status in my bank account. I think you will see an update sometime today or Monday. In the meantime, get ready with the required documents.  

USCIS 

10/02/2022 - Submitted I-130

10/02/2022 - NOA1 (California Service Center) 

10/10/2022 - Sent K-3 Packet

10/17/2022 - K-3 Receipt Notice

03/19/2023 - Status Update (Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS)

03/20/2023 - Approved (NOA2)

03/24/2023 - Status Update (Case was sent to the Department of State)

 

NVC

04/01/2023 Welcome Email

04/01/2023 Paid Fees

04/05/2023 Submitted AOS and Civil Documents

04/19/2023 Documentarily Qualified

I seem to remember that it took almost a week in our case (several years ago).

"The US immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and a significant amount of money.  It is quite a journey!"

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I heard it's best to make one payment at a time, wait for it to be marked 'Paid' and then make the other payment to avoid delays.
