No one can predict that, as there is no guaranteed rate by which the visa bulletin should move per month or even per year.  All you can do is to keep waiting.

my priority date is 4th May 2008 

how much time should I wait

It Feb 2006 then. So in 4 years it improved by a year. So I would not expect your PD to be current for at least 5 years.
