Updated are only done once a day .. evening /overnight usually

This is really crazy. I have no idea what are they waiting for.

I know they are very busy, especially in the mornings. Not really sure what takes them so long

They stopped responding to my emails a long time ago.

The only response I was getting was that the case was still processing, and that I should wait

One thing to keep in mind, brother (I believe a lot of people here on VJ will agree): 

The benefit of immigration is a privilege, not a right.

 

USCIS and DHS (including Consulates and embassies) are not obligated to share any information.

Pushing too hard may force them to deny based on not having all the information necessary to approve, so just be careful when you communicate with them

ah yes , Because I send them a respectful text message and inquire about my file, because I am close to a year and my file will expire

the file will not expire. The year time resets each time there is contact with them
