As far as I can see the only difference is you need to show a benefits eligibility card rather than just walking out.

The question is will there be limits to how much people with an eligibility card can take?  How will the store enforce any limits?  Will it simply just be a case of security watching folks walk out the door with as much of the inventory they can carry in a cart or two?
