Well it seems the mayor of Chicago has the answer to all the crime that has forced Walmart and Whole Foods to close their city stores, city owned grocery stores.  I am sure these will be left alone.  I know the phrase "hasn't got a clue" is used a lot for these idiot "progressive" politicians, maybe someday voters will actually understand.
