Considering I-134A while waiting for I-130 approval

My wife filed for her mother in July 2022 and the I-130 is still pending. She is now considering filing I-134A, better known as the Biden Plan for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

If her mother is allowed to come to the U.S. under the "Biden Plan", can she stay until the I-130 is approved or would she have to go back to Haiti to complete the process?

I would think that anyone entering the U.S. has to go through same medical and background check clearance.

I could not get any answers from USCIS but wondering if there is a potential for any issues.

Lots of people are doing or have done this.

She can go back for Consulate processing or file the I 485 and adjust here.

Google the actual name and you will get plenty of information, including vaccination and TB testing requirements.

"USCIS Humanitarian Parole"

It goes straight to the USCIS site, which has very vague information.

Anyway, I also considered sponsoring at least a dozen cousins and their kids living in Haiti, Dominican Republic, Chile, Jamaica, etc. Just not enough info to do it. I really do not want to be responsible for everything, including potentially high hospital bills.

I assume they all qualify, do you have the income to meet the requirements?

USCIS site has all the information, including links for vaccine requirements, TB testing, income requirements, instructions for the petitioner, information for the beneficiaries, etc.

DR, Chile and Jamaica are not on the Humanitarian Parole list.  If you read the USCIS site, you would know this.

Either this is a a prank post or a scam. I'm out.

A lot of those seeking Humanitarian Parole are not in their country of origin. they may have moved out decades ago.

I know that DR, Chile and Jamaica are not included. However, if the person is NOT a permanent resident, dual national or hold refugee status in another country, then the person is qualified for humanitarian parole.

You are giving out information and yet you do not even know the rules.

USCIS does not provide a specific income requirement but I believe that I meet the income requirements. Definitely, if my siblings join. Multiple people can combine their resources inorder to show USCIS that there are enough resources.

Also, I do not necessarily need to apply for all at the same time. I could sponsor 3 or 4 people every 2 or 3 months.

There are definite requirements for the I 134

You can certainly spread the people among different sponsors, spreading them time would work if you are expecting a big income increase.
