Hi everyone,

 

I haven't seen a thread for April 2023 Filers so here's one 🙃 I just filed yesterday 4/7/2023 after some technical issue with the online application. Hope you're all doing well, WE ARE NEARLY DONE WITH THIS THING! 🤗

My timeline,

 

K1-2017

AOS interview Cleveland OH

ROM- 4/2021

N400 - April 3 online, got receipt right away

Biometrics- got a letter on 4/10 saying fingerprints will be reused. It was from NBC.

04/13/23 LUD: “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS”
04/13/23 Receipt Date (estimated wait = 9 mos.)
04/13/23 I-797C NOA: Receipt Notice posted in myUSCIS
04/13/23 I-797C NOA: Biometric Reuse letter posted in myUSCIS

04/14/23 Email: “We have taken an action on your case” (both) w/ no further update in account

I just filed N400 today 4/25/2023.

Estimated time: 10 months

So happy to finally be able to start this procedure. Entry into the US on July 12th, 2020. I have a US spouse.

So, my Case History has been blank for 3 days now and the date shows as "invalid." Is that normal and an indication that something is happening or should I be worried and call USCIS?

Just got an update that Interview has been scheduled. Didn't say the date yet online. Maybe the letter they sent contains the date and time for interview.
