Good Day I'm seeking sound advice ( and plan B or C ) I received an RFE few days also. So i been speaking to the county court clerk in regards of the case all week long.

The case goes back 42 years ( yea I'm telling me age here ) She in inform me that the chances are there the paperwork from that case is doesn't exist anymore she even tried to get

information from the courts and other means. So i inform her that, Can she type a certified letter with the state seal explaining that the information USCIS is requesting no longer exist.

She did say she will look for information today ( she gets off at noon today ) and she said wait until Monday. what options do i have if i cant get the letter from her ?

Have you tried vitalcheck.com ? Sometimes states keep divorce records?

Is your former spouse still alive?

If not, try to get a death certificate.

If so, see if you can re-divorce.

Somewhat depends what it is

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I want to know what it is

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
