Tax transcripts are downloaded from IRS so no matter who prints them, they're the originals. W2's I guess you get through email from your employer, so same thing applies.

 

AoS you fill and physically sign, you scan and he prints, so that is also NOT a photocopy.

The I-864 and supporting documents are AOS documents belong to the Petitioner.  The "all your originals" apply to the IV documents uploaded to NVC

I was lucky that a good friend of mine was going to Indonesia about six months ago and all the originals that I thought my spouse would need for the interview that I had, I sent to him with my friend.  However for my K1, I paid over $300.00 to FedEx to send all the originals there.   The suggestions of sending PDF files seems prudent !
