Hello,

I have applied for an IR5 for my father on August 8th, 2021. Finally, he had his interview on March 8th, 2023 and submitted his medical report on March 22nd, 2023.

My father’s NVC case status changed to  “issued” on Monday, April 3rd. We expected to have passport on hand this week. We got excited…very very excited, and we have already booked a ticket for the coming Tuesday, April 11th. ( Very bad move)

My dad haven’t received any thing from Aramex yet. I am getting really nervous about the situation.
My fellow Moroccans who have received their passports, how long after the case status changed to “issued”  was your passport ready for pick up from Aramex?
