medical RFE submitted

Hi! 
I submitted my AOS sept 29,202,

on march 23,2023 I was asked to submit my medical and mail it to NBC. 
I submitted it last week & my status changed on April 3 to “RFE RECEIVED” 

just wondering how long it takes after a medical RFE to make a decision?

it might be weeks or months. hard to tell especially if u submit and send it to NBC instead of the field office. so there's 2 places can produce RFE, NBC or Field office, in my understanding NBC did the initial RFE and once it complete, they will send it to field office for final adjudication
