I am in a very similar situation.  My wife filed a I-130 online - I am beneficiary spouse.  she is US citizen. we are here in US

We need to file more forms - including the 131 and the I-485.  But the latter is not available online and it appears that the i-131 must also be done via paper

"We now offer online filing of Form I-131 to a limited group of filers - those seeking an Advance Parole Document for Individuals Outside the United States. You or someone else can file for an Advance Parole Document for Individuals Outside the United States for the following reasons:

  • An initial Advance Parole Document
  • An expedited Advance Parole Document
  • A request for reparole

Note: If you are seeking a Reentry Permit or a Refugee Travel Document, you cannot file online at this time. You must mail a paper Form I-131, with supporting evidence and appropriate fees, to USCIS."

Has anyone seen problems with one form being submitted ONLINE whilst others are done by PAPER?

THx

Should have filed all the forms including I-130 on paper, together. It would have made your life easier.

You can file all other forms together and include I-130 receipt in the packet.

People do it all the time, but I see no benefit of doing I-130 online for AOS.

If you are filing I-131 based on I-485, you must paper-file.
