Vietnam is one of the high fraud country. Look like your marriage is not bona fide in the eyes of CO. Just wait for NOID from USCIS then process to next step. I think you and your spouse know exactly why CO denied your case. As a person has been go through this process before, your petition approved/denied has been decided before the interview.

Why would I know? I'm not a mind reader.

I provided all the everything plus 1k pages of facebook chat, etc.... and visited her 2 times since marriage.

1k pages of facebook chat

Quality not quantity. 1k pages of Facebook chat seems like a mistake since CO not really want to see it. What's CO wants to see: pictures before/after marriage,  wedding pictures with both side representative. In summary, you need to know the culture norm.

It’s not about how much you send… it’s what you send. Believe it or not, Facebook chats and WhatsApp messages are easy to fake.
They want more concrete evidence such as hotel/ flight reservations on both names, passport stamps, pictures of said trips, etc.

The reason why we say that most likely you and your spouse know the reason of the denial is because you know your history and red flags. We can only guess based on what you share.

Provided ticket when I went back to VN 3x, trip with my wife to Da Nang, Nha Trang, & Phu Cat showing both our name on the tickets, copies of all the hotels we stayed at, ton of pictures with both sides of the family, pictures of the places we went, receipt of the diamond I got her, monthly receipt of the money I sent to her, wedding album, screenshots of facetime video, my divorce decree document, and other things but can't remember.  oh well...can't do anything now beside wait.....

Not sure why you are not reviewing your case with your Lawyer, I am sure your Lawyer can help identify the reason.
