Quite the opposite I think. Congratulations. Hopefully it is approval and not a spare 48 month letter.

That would be beyond luck. Only after 2 months I filed for removal of condition? mmm...not sure, but I'll have my fingers crossed until opening my mail tomorrow

It's probably a "Welcome to ROC" letter 😃

Jokes aside, usually you see it with GC mailed. So keep us updated!

Good to know, thanks for the update.

No, it’s not good! I just want my approval or a sign that’s been transferred to another office to join my N400. That’s what I want .

That would indeed be a record.   Many of us have been waiting years, not months.

For everyone following my post: just checked in my mail and found the notice letter.....it is another copy of the extention letter. I lost all my hopes.

Still I do not understand why they are sending two copies for some people.

Maybe because you filed near the time they started sending the 48 month one.

So you got the automatic one right after your case was accepted plus the recent batch they sent to all cases pending.

And it is a classic USCIS move: playing with one's emotions. 🥺

Wait, you're only two months into waiting. Better tune up your hopes, otherwise your patience will be severely tested.

My ROC is a toddler now... 14 months and counting.

USCIS likes to kill trees apparently.

Anyway, good to know this is happening even though it is completely unnecessary just as the I751 process itself is unnecessary.

Good Luck!
