K-1 fiancé with child

So I'm searching for some resources on my fiancé bringing her child with her. Does anyone know where I can find guides or recourses on this? I know you have to file another form for them. Country is PH. Child is 8, father doesn't have anything to do with her and they were never married. There's a step by step guide for the k-1 but doesn't really mention if there is a child under 12  coming with the mother. Just need something to break it down what we need to do step by step along with her mother. From what I've gathered, it's just vaccinations, medical exam, and paperwork. I already have all of her documents for the i29f.
Thanks

Read the I-129f instructions.

You're not understanding me. I'm talking about after I submit the I-29F. When it's approved, they have to do medical exam, etc. I'm trying to figure out what extra forms, steps, and what else I need to include, etc. I know I have to have another form for her when she goes in for the interview. I'm just not finding many resources that break down the extra things I need for the child step by step like the k-1 guide. It mentions the child twice. That's all. I've read those. They were the first thing I read. The instructions don't say anything about afterwards besides the medical stuff.

After K-1 is approved, and case leaves NVC, file DS-160 for mother and child. Each DS-160 notes one family member is traveling with other.

Mom and kid enter U.S. together. When mom is ready to file the entire I-485 package, prepare an entire I-485 package for the kid. Mail them both at the same time for best results.

Thank you.

After their 2 year green cards are issued,  ideally the “resident since” dates on both cards are the same or if not, the kid’s date is 1-90 days newer than mom’s. If so file a single I-751 for mom, 90 days before her gc expires and note that the kid is removing conditions with mom.

If the kid’s resident since date is before mom’s this is a cluster, and not DIY.

If the kid’s resident since date is 91 or more days after mom’s, a separate I-751 is required. While this is can be DIY, mistakes can put the child in deep peril. So deep that child will be faced with removal. Legal representation is in the interest of the child. K-2 is the most dangerous visa for child.

That is why I am asking questions. Just trying to get prepared and have ready to go what I need when the time comes. Thank you for you input. I just wish there was a more descriptive guide for k-1 w/ child. Kind of hard to deciper out what you need to do when they combine the guides into one. Especially if you're new to the whole process and they don't say what the abbreviations are, etc. So it's a learning process.

usually K2 for child needs permission from other parent or court order to allow the child to travel outside the country

it would be good to ask if this is so for the philippines in the Asian forum

Thank you. that's exactly why I said the PH because I figured it was country specific. these people just pointing me to the guides aren't understanding what I'm asking. Yeah I understand the 160, and another packet, but is there anything else? LIke to we have to get something form the biological father? Anything else we should be aware of or have with her, etc., the guides do not cover those at all. I'll look around and see what I can find. Thank you. That helps.

Pretty sure that in PH, a biological father of a child born out of wedlock has no rights. The Philippines  forum on visajourney will know for sure.

Do you have a link for the phil specific k-1 forums? I'm not seeing it anywhere. I really really really really loathe forums. Even on the main page there's not a sub forum for that.

***Moved to the Philippines regional forum for country-specific answers***

@Mike E is correct, if the Filipina mother is single, she has full custody of her child and the biological father has no say if she can or cannot take the child to immigrate to the US.

@kman198

On the desktop site, scroll down, down, down and you'll find the Philippines forum.

After the visas are granted, the mother and child will also need CFO stickers/certificates (Commission on Filipinos Overseas). Without the CFO clearance, they will be blocked by PH exit immigration from leaving the country. You can find plenty of information on the CFO in the Philippines regional forum
