NOA2 on 4/4 and received email from NVC this morning with attached case number and notification that our case was forwarded to the embassy.  Just checked the status using the case number on the CEAC Visa Status Check tool and its "In Transit."

Yes, it took 3 months from NOA2.  Two of those months were waiting for USCIS to ship the case to NVCNVC took about one month to do their processing.

Looking at your timeline, NVC received and NVC shipped to embassy is 1 day difference. How do you know they ingested and generated case number a month ago?

NOA 2 4/6, NVC received 6/15 and still no case number :(

Sorry to hear this, have you tried to raise a public enquiry with the NVChttps://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html?wcmmode=disabled . Best of luck

I don't know when they actually processed it and generated a case number.  It's somewhere in between when USCIS sent our case to NVC, which was 6/1 according to USCIS, and today 7/3 when we received the email from NVC with the case number.

Hello, Congrats on getting a case number👍!  NOA2 on 04/18, we have not received anything yet.  As others alrewady mentioned, our lawyer also says now it is 90days not 60days.  Hopefully we can get the number soon..
