Based on my experience, they dont send acknowledge email after they receive documents (have seen many others facing similar issue). Try sending public inquiry to check whether they have received your documents (after few days of delivery date) just to be sure.

The wait time is 24-25 days for us (from my and other people's DQ update). So better to have patience till then. And dont rely on timeframe published by NVC (thats not for us i guess).

Correct address to send mail (although there might be different address shown in top page of DS260) 😞https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/submitting-documents-to-the-nvc.html

Try sending public inquiry after 22-24 days asking for an update.

Hope this helps to everyone. And please keep updating.

Not like it matters, does it apply to  EB-2  NIW or EB-2.  Is the mailing address the Sterling, VA site? Should have my docs mailed by 04.07.2023.

In your welcome letter, have they anywhere mentioned https://nvc.state.gov/mail this website to find mailing address? If so submit to the same address although they say different address in DS260 form. Thats what I did and it worked

this thread is really helpful. Adding my very not cheerful input.

Today is day 20 after my documents delivered to NVC. I wrote NVC yesterday (day 19) since it is taking less than 14 days to review documents according to NVC timeframes, thoughi understandtuis mightbe for other categories aside EB. Hopefully I get the DQ email before NVC replies to my inquiry with their 6 days inquiries reply time frame...fingers crossed

Has EB2 retrogressing affected you, when is your PD and from which country? Just wondered if that may be why you haven't heard.

Mine is Jul 22 2022, Saudi Arabia

Final action dates should not affect NVC response to DQ response, only IL

Dates for filing do affect it though (so somebody born in India or China couldn't submit docs now), but yours is before that anyway. Might be worth filling in your immigration timeline in your profile if you wouldn't mind? It's always helpful to others in the same category, especially as there aren't many of us that are EB's on here.
