Missing a# on i485 receipt

Has anyone experienced this?

 

I applied for my parents and i485 receipt or the i130 receipt have no A#. They did overstay their visit visa so unsure if that's causing any issue.

You just applied. There's no alien number assigned yet.

You are mistaken I'm afraid. When one applies for i485, there should be a A# assigned at that time, and is listed on the receipt notice.

 

That's why I am confused and asking if anyone else had something similar happen to them

You sent both applications at the same time. They will assign a number until they process them.
