after getting DQ'd I applied for an expedite request, my status went from in transit to Ready 7 days ago and I tried to schedule an interview by my self but there's none available. When should I expect my interview letter ?

It will depend on the consulate. Some are scheduling pretty quickly, others have huge backlogs.

Have you had your expedite request granted?

Some consulates require you to schedule your own interview if expedited.  I would email the consulate for instructions.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

They send me an email to schedule my own interview but every time I check it say "There are no available appointments at the selected location. Please try again later."

I just send them email and waiting for response 🙏🏻

You didn't say that earlier.  You just need to keep checking for available interview slots.

I just re-read this.  You requested an expedite After DQ?  I generally do not recommend this for the issue you are facing.

After DQ the only remaining task for the NVC is to schedule the interview.  By taking that task in your hands, you are facing the issue of no available interview slots.  Now you have to check regularly to see if a spot opens due to cancellation or catch the next batch of open schedule before the NVC grabs them.  I am not sure the latter is possible - I believe the NVC is given the schedule first before it is available for individual appointments.

Some embassies have significant backlogs - only for those would I recommend attempting an expedite, assuming based on valid reasons.
