Hi can anyone please tell me what questions are they gonna ask at the marriage GC interview AOS on ESTA visa? My interview will be on may 1st. Im just worried they're gonna grill me even i dont have any intention when i got here. Are they still gonna ask me my intent? CBP check everything, my luggage  didn't bring anything with me just clothes and after CBP officer told he has no reason to not let me in and im good to go. Just circumstances change before my flight back my wife told me she doesn't want us to be apart again encouraging not to leave. And 1 year after we have a baby now and recently her 1st born son was diagnosed with autism. Hard situation for me. Thank you good people🙏🏽

Perhaps. Explain your situation when asked.  It is up to you to prove that your relationship is genuine.

From what I heard 2nd hand about USCIS case officers, they consider having children together as one of the strongest evidence of a bona fide relationship.

I did AOS from ESTA and just got approved March 22 and my interview was waived. PD was Oct 1 2021, so a little over 530 days. Not sure if it’s because my field office is busy as it’s El Paso dealing with lots from the border or the NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) response we sent them for the I-130 which was overwhelming in proving our bonafide marriage.

All the best to you at the interview. Keep us posted as others can benefit from your own progress too.

Cases are routinely reviewed.  Unless there was some sort of misrepresentation, I see no need to worry.  Everything associated with immigration is slower then we want. Patience is the key until naturalization is complete.  I thought your interview was scheduled for May 1.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Everyone’s case has to be reviewed after the interview, this is standard procedure. USCIS has 120 days to issue a decision, meaning you can only inquire about the case status aster 4 months post interview.

They didn’t approve us verbally and the case was approved online in a few days. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Be sure to post an update when it comes, good luck!
