The whole process can be so demoralising, but you aren't alone! Your fiancé is in it with you—I take a lot of strength in knowing that I'm not doing any of this by myself—and this community is such a source of insight and affirmation, too. It's normal to feel hopeless, but the stories from people who have made it through the process are a great reminder that it's worth the stress and the waiting to be with the person you love. Hold fast! We're all rooting for you.

Meanwhile, we are over here at almost 2 years and waiting for a darn interview.  I am not the same person that I was when I started this journey 2 years ago and I'm not even sure how I'll get back. This has completely torn my life apart.

I'm angry at everyone. I'm angry with USCIS.  I'm angry I was given incorrect information. I'm angry at the Moroccan embassy. I'm angry that people ahead of us got an interview JUST by emailing the embassy when we were told to just sit tight and wait for an email from them.

The US immigration process DEMANDS a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, PATIENCE, and money. That's reality.

The misinformation is definitely annoying. I don't blame you for being angry. The whole process can be very frustrating. It'll happen eventually, though. Just keep going.
