why CEAC says N/A after I add my Joint Sponsor?

Hello everyone!

   I just added my Joint Sponsor to CEAC on March 28,2023. Unfortunately, the interface where other financial and supportive documents are uploaded says N/A and I can't upload anything on it.

  It was supposed to take an hour to be activated but now it's a second day and nothing changed. Would anyone can tell me what's going on?

I have the same issue i uploaded on 3/25/22 and still can't do anything I've read posts that says its a bug in their system and takes time around 2-3 weeks

Hi! Can you update how long it took to upload the financial evidence? I've been waiting for two days and its killing me knowing this is the last step in order to wait for the interview step.

Can I ask how long it took for you to be able to upload financial evidence?

For initial submission it took few hours to enable household member . Later Nvc reviewed documents and asked for joint sponsor. It took 5 days to allow me to upload financial documents
