Hi there! How did you find out your service centre?

You can find your (original) service center at the bottom of your receipt notice (NOA1), but chances are it has changed by now.

To get an update on your SC, it’s best to ask Emma (afaik only the petitioner will be told about updates by an agent).

Good luck!

I filed the i130 for my wife and stepdaughter on March 13, 2023. They were both approved on February 22, 2024. Today I received word that my stepdaughter is now DQ'd! I expect my wife to be DQ'd as early as tomorrow.

We're going to try to get to Warsaw and interview there. It is looking like late July or early August.

My I-130/CR-1 visa story has ended, as of today I’m officially a lawful resident of the USA, I hope everyone that filed in March has had their approval by now, and if not - I really hope you’ll get it soon! The wait is tedious and long, but it’s so worth it once you see that stamp in your passport.

Congrats to you!!!! My husband's interview is next week and we're excited about everything. It has been a long process but definitely worth it!

Hi all, any March filer who is yet to be approved?

Hi my husband was granted his visa. We're a February 2023 I-130 filer. Interview was yesterday and he picked up the passport today with visa. He's Nigerian but based in South Africa.

Which embassy did he use? Nigeria or South Africa? Was his case expedited?

Hi we are based in South Africa so everything was done here. We didn't expedite. From I-130 filing to getting the visa was 482 days. Interview was on Thursday and we got the visa Friday.

That was pretty fast. How long did it take to get interview date after being documentary qualified?
