The sad part about all of this is most of these people will still vote Dem even though they told them they would give them reparations and never paid up😒 A State that made slavery illegal and never had slaves yet set up a committee to address reparations for descendants of slaves. What a mess! Most of these people should show the Dems by voting Independent or Republican.
 

I guess we can expect reparation rejection riots now…

As stated in a cited article above, the authorities should first determine who's descended from the African tribal chieftains who sold their own people into slavery, and exclude them -- or, better, make them contribute to the Reparations Fund.

Kind of the elephant in the room.  The Asians in CA may not reject it, they may want theirs.

 

Asian Americans, many of whose ancestors did suffer hideous discrimination in California, and who outnumber blacks in the state, are particularly likely to angrily reject the idea.
